Every 10 steps!
Choiceless Awareness
Another exercise to try out today for the 30 Days of Perception.
Perceptions are about seeing reality and not judging it. Sometimes we see things that we are not usually attracted to. Just accepting everything we come across without naming it good or bad, beautiful or ugly.
It was suggested that we take a photo every 10 steps on a walk. I took over 90 photos and chose just 5 of them here to represent my walk as I came across things. I looked in front of me, down on the ground, up and left and right every time I stopped. It was an interesting exercise. I took over 90 photos on my rainy walk this morning! So I had to make a choice!

Happy Thanksgiving to all my American Blip friends!
