itchythumbs in Japan

A flurry of postcards has been arriving through the letterbox each day this week as  K and E holiday in Japan.  I think I can feel another jigsaw coming on!  Sadly itchythumbs no longer posts to her journal on Blip but, luckily for me, she continues with her wonderful prose on the postcards she sends from her travels.

We are hoping that this spell of horrible weather is over for a while as a cold front sweeps down from the north but its continuation today has meant that we have done little except for clearing out the shed.  Where on earth can we freecycle an old but very good bike carrier which we used on our last car??

I've also scanned in another couple of family photo albums for volume 3 of our family album books.
