Camera shy

Met up with a very good friend Theresa today and unleashed my creative spark on a chittery, chattery walk along the canal. Spied this fellow languishing in the water, dodging the lens.
Reminds me how close this place is to my house and how easy to escape from the doldrums of the day to day and seek out the subtle beauty in nature and surrounding environment. Everything can become art, you jut have to look.
