Snow Ball of Colour

This miniature rose looks so interesting at the moment... all these flowers are on one steam. Just a mass of different colours.

I went swimming with my friend this afternoon. We went to a pool at Rolleston which is just out of Christchurch. It was a lovely warm pool. Were caught in traffic coming home again.

Pleased it wasn't as hot today. Didn't have sun until later in the day. Looking towards Banks Peninsula it was looking really dark so I think Akaroa was getting some rain.. do hope so as the garden would have dried out in the heat yesterday.

It is my oldest boys birthday today. I am going to meet up with him tomorrow for some lunch and shopping.
