The saddest wish
The Christmas exhibition in the gallery at the craft shop is of the local primary school's work. Some super drawings, paintings and other art, including a tree Christmas tree covered in their wishes for the future.
There were the usual ones wanting phones, remote controlled tractors and Play Stations, some for world peace, happiness, no more weapons or hunger, and one child wanting to be a millionaire by the time they were 10 years old! This was definitely the saddest . . . "I wish I could see or just hear from Puggy's new owners". I hope the new owners see it.
As a child I came home from a school Halloween Party to find that my parents had re-homed our dog. Nothing of him remained in the house. Unbelievably heart breaking . . . . .
