Sun and moon

The part of the house where I mostly work has very distracting views over the fields to some low hills in the distance. It also gives me some great views of the sunset - which at the moment is not long after 4pm, which is distressing, but does mean that I'm generally still working and well placed to enjoy the show (on days when it's not raining, anyway!).

Today there is the added bonus of a gorgeous crescent moon (left of pic). Taken on my phone through a double glazed window, so not the best quality, but you get the idea! It's now 4.45, has clouded over completely, and is properly dark. Roll on the Solstice.
