Valte

In the centre of Pirkkala village is a sculpture called Valte. It was ordered to celebrate Pirkkala's 75th birthday in 1998. Sculptor Villu Jaanisoo selected to his model an inhabitant who turned 75 in the same year, Valte Nieminen was the lucky one. Valte sculpture stands next to the main road and it looks like will soon step to the road. Drivers have to be attentive, especially those ones who drive down the Suupantie for the firs time.

I had another visit to the hospital, this time I had an appointment to radiation therapy doctor.
