... lunch stroll on the beach. Yet another day of cloudless blue sky, warm enough to sit outside for lunch, with a sea view. We tried the Italian restaurant down the road, as usual sharing a starter followed by an excellent pizza as a main course. It's more expensive than most but delicious food. Feeling very lucky at the moment to be able to live the life we do.

Edit: and at the same time as we sat happily in the sunshine, people were fleeing in terror on London Bridge :( Thoughts with those affected, and with the Londoners who ran towards danger to help others.
