Blue skies and hedges
What a beautiful day. Not a cloud in the sky! So lovely after so many grey days.
It was very frosty this morning and before the ice had melted M decided to have a go at reducing the height of the hedge. It's too high and very wide so it took quite a while to do part of it.. I had the important job of picking up and trimming the pieces and filling the brown bin and a large sack.. .
.The little robin was very attentive.. he often follows M around the garden . I dashed in to get the camera for a close up photo of the robin.. but he kept hidden. So I settled for one of "himself" up the ladder. Man at Work. Still quite a bit to do but we decided enough was enough for today. The little Robin was probably relieved.. Needless to say , there will still be plenty of hedge left for the birds .
We took Fletch down to the sea wall.. the tide had slid in over the marsh and was like a mill pond . Even the gas terminal looked quite nice twinkling in the sunlight (extra)
Have a good weekend everyone!
And.. thank you so much for the stars and hearts. Xx
