Sour Persimmon Ale

It's number eleven in the 12 Beers of The Apocalypse series by Elysian Brewing Company of Seattle. You can read about it, and the story of the series here. I've tried several of them, and blipped number ten*, and number five.

I did more painting today -- our bedroom walk-in closet. I could should have done it before the bamboo floor was installed, but that would have been too easy. I deserved a special beer, and this was it. It tasted great with dinner, which started out as a bean soup Cynthia bought at Mt. Bakery and then enhanced with several more ingredients. Well done, C!
