First snow of 2013!
It is Seijinnohi today, which means, Coming of Age Day. This is the day which marks the entering into adulthood for young Japanese people who have reached the age of 20. I was able to get some shots of the lovely kimonos and tuxedos that the young people wear yesterday, as it was a nice and sunny day with 12C! Today, it is a cold 3C and the snow has piled up to 6inches, and still falling! Not a good day to take shots of kimonos..... but great to go to the park, walk around the city, and take shots of the snow and people! I used my waterproof, nearly indestructible Olympus TG-1 for today's photo(s).
