Missing

My wife’s birthday started with workmen arriving at 07:30 to fit the new cupola. See extra.all done in just over 2 hours. Double glazed and the house suddenly feels warmer.

Then electricians came to provide certification for all the works. Good thing I’ve been slowly clearing out rooms. At least they could just about access all the key plugs. Some v minor things to finish off but looks OK.

Our son and I then got one bedroom back into a functioning state.

And we managed then to have a celebratory meal with cake.

As my wife’s back was turned someone (not me) moved the candles about a bit removing some. A novel message for a birthday!
