Soldier Muddler

A modern tying of the classic loch fly. The dressing is the same as the Soldier Palmer but with the addition of a spun deer hair head. This fly is usually pulled through the surface. Takes can be fierce. Trout often leaving the water when they grab it. Exciting stuff, role on summer when these work again.
