As requested....

Orkney celebrated today with a day of really fine weather.  Obviously we also toasted St Andrew.  There was a triple celebration at the Merkister for it was my mother’s 89th birthday.  She is officially barred but they relaxed the ruling for this one performance only.

Bibs enjoyed the day.  She can’t understand the fuss about Weyes Blood.  Or Jeyes Fluid.  But she understands crunchy nibbles.  Her current  listening is the out-takes from the Esoterics –a Rough Trade rerelease.
