Another week of healthy low white carb meals

This week’s low white carbohydrate main meals. All featuring at least 750g of vegetables most of which are now yellow label from Sainsbury’s with contribution from allotment now limited to beet, kale and onions. Only one meal has meat as main protein source; one had chicken; two fish and 3 cheese and lentils. Sweet that follows every night features stewed prunes and apricots with at least 250g summer berries (usually frozen if no yellow label on sale), topped with 25g oat bran and 175g full fat Greek yogurt.
Must say I’m enjoying my food and not missing the white carbs.
