Four years...

... ago today we brought Elli home from a shelter :) A week before I’d seen her on their internet page and she so reminded me of my old Fritzi, I knew I wanted her to live with us... it took some time to convince hubby to go and visit her... Elli did the rest of convincing :) Then, I kept her secret for four days (means no pictures to the family or here) so that I could surprise my son who was to come home on the weekend ;) Never forget that huge smile and hug I got when he came in and saw Elli on the sofa :)))) What I couldn’t have known was that Elli would be such a close companion even on my journeys to the North :) It always feels like Fritzi has sent her to me :)
