Extra Ornament!

There is snow outside. I am not wildly excited by the stuff that causes me to fall and slip on slippery pavements, though it is pretty I agree.

Anyway, I was going to do a snow blip today, but I found an extra ornament on the windowsill this morning (who has been out and come straight back in again) :) So I'm afraid its another Billy blip! He's so funny :)

Phew! A day off today (and tomorrow), so I've had a lie in and just about to get up properly and go into town to the bank....

Then home for a quick lunch and off to the church where I am going to be a volunteer and welcomer for our day of prayer. It was open between 7 and 8, then again between 11 and 2. I'll be over there just after 12, but I'm covering between 1 and 2. Hopefully we will have plenty of people coming through from the congregation!

Then home, and I'm determined I'm going to sort out my Footsteps coursework and notes from Saturday and write out a list of what I need to do before next month's session!

Positives:

I increased the painkiller dose last night and have no pain in my back yet today :)

Negatives:

This weather, I am very worried about the ice it could turn into. The council don't come around the local estates, not even the main road through it.... I can't afford to get taxis to and from work now (in past years I would do that in snow instead of driving)....its £10 each way!

I'm afraid of having another car accident (in this icy weather). A few years ago I wrote off my previous car, thanks to a large black 4x4 with no lights on at a junction!!! I can't afford to have another car if I have an accident in this one...
