Barbie Time

Today is the first day of summer here in Australia, although you wouldn't have guessed that from the weather. Cool, wet at times and no obvious sun.

My cousin had arranged for all family members to come around for a BBQ, including my uncle and aunt,  Graham's sons, their wives/partners and the grandchildren. It was a fun family time and an occasion to enjoy being together. 

Margaret had laid on a goodly spread of food and Graham was at the helm of the BBQ doing sterling work. 

A relatively quiet evening ahead of our last day here tomorrow.  We'll see what the weather holds in store for the second day of summer  before deciding where to go.
