That's not red!

This morning I ran 7 miles. This is the furthest I've ever run and it wasn't too difficult! Next was lunch with James, where I had a burger to get some protein after my run (or so I said). Home for an hour or two and then out to the pub to meet Sammy and Rosie for drinks and food! We ended up going to a pub quiz and coming second, winning a bottle of wine, before going to another bar to play pool.
