I imagine it must take some serious force to smash the reinforced glass in these basement lights.

To normal folk it's another act of vandalism and a sign of the fact that society is surely going to hell in a handcart. To a Blipper it's an opportunity to see if there are any patterns like this one that are worth photographing.

One person's mindless vandalism is another persons leisure pursuit.
