Energy flows where attention goes

So it goes all through life, we choose to see, really see, beyond simply looking, at everything around us as if it were really part of us - which it is. All is interconnected. I can choose where I want my energy to flow.
On Saturday, I had my son staying with me for a little over 24 hours. We walked down to the lower part of the town - taking the quieter streets. The town environment can be a challenge for finding beauty, but I sought it out in every street we walked through. It was sunny and beautiful and these golden leaves were blowing in the breeze just waving at me to remind me to look at them and to look all around me.
