Thanks

I’m thankful today that my dad is still here, feeling better and able to travel to my house for Thanksgiving.  My uncle came in from Michigan and they visited with cousins who live nearby. My brother, wife and nephew also came - Max entertained them all.
 It was weird without my mom and I kept thinking of my friend J, who loved Thanksgiving.  
Overall it was a lovely holiday and great to see everyone.
