Cathedral Of Light

What a wonderful day with #2 Daughter in Edinburgh!

The morning: A bus ride then a walk on the Royal Mile and into St Giles' Cathedral. Dissapointed they have closed their cafe due to lack of support.  Then onto Princes Street and down the Mound to see the Christmas Martket. Lots of lovely things but nothing I needed to buy.

Lunch at Eteaket then back to Kat's for an early tea.

Evening: On a bus again to the Botanical Gardens which were lit up. A truly amazing display. A lot to look at. The Cathedral of Light which I've blipped is a 70 metre installation of 100,000 lights. Breath-taking!
