Preparations

Today I've made final preparations for the next training session. Now all is done and tomorrow I'll do my best with fifteen chairmen of the local association in VvL.
Our main theme is chairman's role. What kind of person he/she is as a leader or as an employee representative?
I just can't wait our discussions tomorrow.
