What are the ice expectations??

I've checked the quality of the ice on the water in our area (look at this pic from 1 year ago). I felt like a real Master of the Ice. The thickness is not more than 2 cm, that's not good. And at the moment it is snowing, a layer of snow is very harmful for the growth speed of the ice. I am worried!
