Semi disaster

As I was removing all the DIY paraphernalia from Arthur’s room I knocked over an unopened 2.5 litre tin of white paint. Unfortunately it decided to open itself when it hit the carpet.
Luckily it was water-based paint so an hour spent with copious amounts of water and three bathroom towels meant that the dinner plate sized stain was rendered almost invisible (we covered it with a rug just to make sure)..
Forty quid that paint cost me!
