Cake!!

This was our Christmas cake this year.

Unfortunately when I came to cut into it my icing had set so hard it could have been used as a building material :-(

Luckily the cake underneath it was gorgeous so we mostly ate that but my son loved the icing so he ate lots of that.

I shall have to work out what went wrong before next years attempt.
