Freezing 'Peking' ducks

My health kick continues and still managing to walk to and from work (don't let me fool you, it's only 10 mins down the rd). ;)

The snows falling quite thick and heavy now and with the current forecast showing more to come, I felt quite sorry for my little 'Peking' friends.

Note to oneself for tomorrow - extra bread in my pack up to feed them on the way home. :)
