Tuesday blues

What I was suppose to do and finish yesterday, just managing to hopefully do it today.

Nothing fancy, some VAT return, my accountant is probably turning her head while reading this :)

One pot wonder for family, homemade tomato base sauce, pasta shells filled with spiced mince pork with portobello mushrooms and ricotta cheese, the other lot is spinach, pine nuts, sun blushed tomatoes and ricotta with loads of freshly grated nutmeg :)
