I chance my luck every time... and I'm still here!

Bit windy for a bike ride. After doing IT things in the early afternoon we went for a walk in the mid-afternoon. The beach was quite busy, breezy and the light was glorious. Both pictures are a bit deceptive as there were more people on the beach than I'd expect given the temperature and the wind.

The fortification in the picture is the Vauban designed fort built outside of Saint-Malo in 1689 to keep the English out of France. It has had several names and seen quite a bit of action since it's construction, but now it's a popular tourist attraction and local landmark.You may have noticed I do keep taking pictures of it...
