What a bloody hard day. 
A psychotherapist appt first thing. I was a bit early, so managed to capture some of the murals that the residents of the area had painted . This was my favourite. 
The session was hard, talking about tough stuff. 

The afternoon was the final class of the anxiety management course. A bit of a recap, what worked for you etc.
