Chemex

Went out for breakfast to a coffee shop in the south-side called Freemans. Never been before but I had heard good things. It was rather good. It met all the main criteria.

An antipodean barista.
A coffee menu that spanned several pages.
A scientific beaker instead of a coffee pot.

The scrambled eggs weren't half bad also.
