Morning Light

It was a cold start to the day with frost on the ground but beautiful light as the sun came through the mist. We had arrived home around 6.30am (landed at 5 then taxi from Heathrow) and everywhere seemed very cold. Central heating on and log fire burning all day so now all toasty warm; I couldn't resist capturing the strong shadows and golden light into the lounge.

A couple of errands in town to be done and then some grocery shopping followed by siesta - it had been a long day and night ! We'll have to see how the jetlag goes over the next few days.
