Allermuir

Tonight I was one of five Harriers who ran round a 7km loop that took in a muddy ascent of Allermuir and a fast descent on the Army's track. Fortunately I had charged my good head torch, which made a big difference. It was cathartic, and the first time in ages that I've run twice in a week.
