Boys on bikes

These two (extra is the other one) were zooming around the square in Isabel Segunda this afternoon. It's interesting to be back here two years after the devastating hurricane that destroyed the power grid and left Vieques and most of Puerto Rico without reliable power for more than a year. Some things have changed but much remains the same.
