Ashford on the map

Tonight was the Christmas market in ashford complete with the frozen snow globe and Santa.
It is mainly about fund raising and telling people you are there . Sadly we couldn’t look round for long as I had to get dinner cooked before going to Egham earlier than normal as I was leading the bible study tonight.
Yet another trip to the doctors as my medication was wrong . It is now right. No drama just a really dirty Ibsm here again but can thus be sorted please. Goes a long way with the receptionists and you get what you want. First cardio gym today as well. Easy peasy. I go to the gym anyway so it was all quite easy for me. what is going to be hard is the twice weekly routine interlaced with my PT each week!!!
