Nearly a week since I stopped smoking 'Cold Turkey' style. Last wednesday I was just like 'Come on man just quite you'll feel much better' and I honestly do, I haven't smoked one! Ok that's a lie 2 drags on friday but I put straight out and stopped myself. I honestly thought it was going to be much harder, but I don't want to say anything too soon.
