Steak

Seared flat iron steak, steamed broccoli, and crescent rolls (from readymade dough). Wine: Columbia Crest Walter Clore Private Reserve Red Wine 2013.

The streak is not a cut I’d had before, but it had wonderful beefy flavor. The wine was a decent merlot-heavy Bordeaux blend.
