Busjehoêze

It is a small hamlet in the village of Simpelveld. In Dutch, the hamlet is called Bosschenhuizen. In English, you could translate it as houses on the forest. In the Limburg dialect, it is called Busjehoêze. Many of the houses and farmhouses are built from Kundersteen. A limestone rock that comes from Kunderberg near Kunrade. How logical!
The left part of this old farm is also! The middle part is built with normal bricks. The right (not visible) is again made of the limestone.

The early morning sun in winter gives wonderfully warm tones.
