Messy Worksite

The water main project that will not end....

We were trying to figure out what the red mess was until we saw them dumping the red powder on the newly poured sidewalk sections and stamping them to look like bricks. Slowly (very slowly) they are getting things done.  It does seem a little late in the season for pouring cement though.
