Rest day

Mia has spent most of today resting, normal most days, but more so the day after she has had one of her seizures. This latest one happened around 3.30 a.m. when she suddenly jumped from my side, where she had been sleeping, and rushed downstairs. I stayed down with her , dozing together on the couch until about 6.30, when she wanted to go outside and then I headed back to bed. It’ll be an early night for us both tonight I think!
