Who knows....

A windy day, dry to start then a blustery wet afternoon / night.
A morning spent bringing in another field of 34 cows with calves into a shed for the winter. The usual clipping calves backs, pneumonia vaccine and wormer dose .
An afternoon of this and that , feeding and shovelling silage .
The pneumonia vaccine for the wee calves is an intranasal which involves mixing up 2 bottles of vaccine then squirting 2ml up the nostrils. It’s not the first time that I have had said 2ml snorted back out the chosen nostril into my face. With that and my flu jab that should be me sorted for the winter !
Now blowing a hoolie tonight and , shock , horror , the village has a power cut ! Unusually our lights are still on so far- makes a change !
