Missed the Mark

AHHHH. I had a good idea for a blip today, a water balloon breaking. Then I found a nail, and and that made my idea even better. I thought I was going to be soooo great and have a really cool blip, but could I pull it off, NO. Either I would miss the shot by fractions of a second, or the balloon wouldn't pop, or it wouldn't hit the nail. Damn it! Oh, then I ran out of balloons.

I had a much sharper and much more attractive of the nail flipping in the air after the balloon splashed, but this shot just captures my frustration so much better.
