Weir Ashford Lake

I'm not sure if this is actually called Ashford lake but it's along the river between Ashford in the water and Bakewell and closer to Ashford.
A year or so ago it was all silted up and very dead and 'Night of the Hunter' looking but after much dredging it now looks great and the wildlife are back.
A lovely afternoon spent in the wonderfully cosy Bulls Head in Ashford a wonderful pub.
