Yummo

I treated myself to a handful of delicious King Prawns for dinner tonight.  I have a bit of a soft spot for prawns and our local supplier in Katoomba always has very fresh seafood.

Another worrying day re: the fires in the valley and we’re all being very vigilant out on Shipley Plateau.  They are predicting some rain but not very much for at least 10 days, so we’re hoping the winds will drop for a few days to give the Rural Fire Service a chance to stem the march.
