Luminarie

It's the 25th anniversary of the Luminarie, the annual light festival gifted by the Italian government as a memorial to the Great Hanshin Awaji Earthquake.

This year I was able to take the lift to the 24th floor of the City Hall building to get an aerial view of the event. That is where this photograph was taken.

As you can see, it is quite sublimely beautiful.
