Got up, walked into the garden, blip, now.... tea and breakfast.
We slept in today, after I felt my sciatica nerve last night in my leg, I didn't know what to do... no matter what, it would hurt. Google came to the rescue and I found out that putting pillows under your leg and elevate them will help and it did and that I could do yoga poses, the ones we do anyway in our class. They recommend to get 'off the couch'... that's what I am trying to do today.
