Jack's Cottage

A bit of a weird day. I have had my blood pressure checked and had to have one of those horrible things attached for twenty four hours, that beep and whirr every 30 minutes. Yes the blood pressure is a bit high and requires discussion with the doctor next week, ho hum. What made me laugh though was being shown my results and there was this huge spike as I went into the surgery to get it fitted and another huge spike when I went in to get it taken off! Not much sleep was achieved as you can imagine so am feeling pretty groggy now.

Anyway, I managed a stroll round the circuit.This is the view coming down past Whispering Pines (a very popular name in these parts) towards the sea with Jack's Cottage right at the sea edge and Rosskerrig mountain behind. A pleasant end to the day.
