A wet start to the day dull but warmer
Brightened pm with glimpses of sunshine
Usual errands on the town trip also looking for fireplace hearth grates and bought
(Not true - took away to see if I could get a fit - where but here do you find trusting shopkeepers) getting components to fit 175 years old fireplace tricky but they will do the job nicely so will call in to pay on my next run to town to purchase fire cement.
