Swotting!

Tomorrow is Party Time!  Around fifty of us will look out our flashing earrings and our jingle-bell bracelets, wrap tinsel around our sporrans (if we happen to be wearing one) - and jig and reel the night away with gay abandon, or as close . 
to it as we can decently manage.

These dances can be complicated, so it's as well to have a look at the programme and make an attempt to acquire at least some idea of what you're supposed to do. Mistakes are frequent, and half the fun is going wrong and getting back on track - but no-one wants to be the person who brings the entire set to a crashing standstill .....

Notice how I've focused on the bottom of page 2, where it says 'Interval and Supper'. This is where we have a much-needed break, and since it's the Festive Season, a glass or two will be enjoyed by those lucky enough not to be driving, and a substantial meal, 3 courses, consumed by all.
After that, things can only go downhill  :-)))

Now, it's back to the YouTube videos and the crib sheet, I'm only half-way through ....another seven to go.
